6, often check the insulation resistance of the furnace, when the insulation resistance is less than 100Ω, it is necessary to carefully check the electric heating element, electrode and heat shield and other places, and timely troubleshooting before opening the furnace.
7, mechanical transmission parts according to the general equipment lubrication requirements, regular refueling or oil change.
8. Vacuum units, valves, instruments and other accessories shall be maintained and repaired according to the technical instructions attached to the factory products.
9. Power should be cut off for maintenance. When live maintenance is necessary, the absolute safety of maintenance personnel, operators and equipment must be guaranteed.
10. The cooling water of vacuum furnace is very important, so it is not allowed to interrupt the cooling water during the whole working period.
11. The workpiece and workpiece car shall be cleaned and dried before entering the furnace to prevent water and dirt from entering the furnace.
12, the transmission parts found card, limit is not allowed, control failure phenomenon, should be immediately excluded, do not force operation, so as to avoid damage to the parts.
