Generally speaking, there are four kinds of humidification functions of constant temperature and humidity test chamber: spray humidification, steam humidification, shallow water dish humidification, and supercooled steam humidification to achieve relative humidity.
1. Water spraying humidification: After the system is stable, the humidity fluctuation is small; In the humidification process, the water steam is not too hot and will not increase the heat of the constant temperature and humidity test chamber. Dehumidification can be achieved by controlling the temperature of the spray water.
2. Steam humidification: rapid humidification to meet the needs of rapid humidification in the alternating process of hot and humid.
3. Shallow water plate humidification: after the system is stable, the humidity fluctuation is small; In the humidification process, the moisture should not be too hot, and the heat of the constant temperature and humidity test chamber should not be increased. Controlling water temperature can play a dehumidification role; Humidification is rapid. Meet the need of adding moisture in the process of heat and humidity alternation.
4. Supercooled steam humidification: It has the advantages of three methods
Similarities and differences of humidification principle of constant temperature and humidity test chamber:
1. Water humidification: the wall area of the constant temperature and humidity test chamber increases with the increase of water. As water diffuses into the cavity, the water pressure and relative humidity in the cavity increase.
2. Steam humidification: spray water vapor directly into the constant temperature and humidity test chamber to increase the relative humidity in the chamber.
3. Shallow water plate humidification: the heated water in the shallow water plate increases the water vapor in the constant temperature and humidity test chamber through convection and diffusion, thus increasing the relative humidity.
4. Supercooled steam humidification: the heat obtained by the sample is converted into water vapor and the humidity is increased. If no other heat is added, the fog will turn into water droplets.
