The function and effect of tensile testing machine:
Testing machine is a relatively broad term. Ordinary LCD tensile testing machine can test the data as follows:
1. Tensile stress -- tensile strength
2. Strength at break -- elongation at break
3. Constant stress -- constant stress elongation
4. Constant stress force value -- tearing strength
5. Arbitrary point of force -- arbitrary point elongation
6. Extraction force -- adhesion force and the calculated value of peak value
7. Pressure experiment -- shear force stripping force experiment
8. Bending experiment -- drawing force puncture force experiment
9. Select additional force sensor to expand the measuring range;
10. The adjustment range of force control rate can also be selected according to the stress rate, stress rate = force control rate/original cross-sectional area of the sample;
11. The adjustment range of deformation rate can also be selected according to the strain rate, which is the deformation rate/the original standard distance of the sample;
12. The force control rate and deformation rate are related to the material of the sample, and the range can not exceed the adjustment range of displacement rate;
13. In order to avoid the force sensor to produce ** deformation, in the long time holding test, the test force ** do not exceed 50% of the full range of the sensor;
14. The effective drawing space is the test space after the standard Lashen fixture is installed. If the fixture is different, its value will be different
