The function of vacuum induction melting furnace:
In the process of melting, temperature measurement, sampling, ramming, observation, main feeding and alloy composition adjustment can be carried out without destroying the vacuum of the melting chamber. At the same time, inert gas can be filled through the filling valve to control the pressure and atmosphere in the furnace. It can be poured with one ingot and multiple ingot, loaded into preheat and insulation ingot mold, water cooled ingot mold, sand box and centrifugal casting. According to the functional form, it can be divided into periodic type and semi-continuous type operation.
