GS1-A (EIGHT HEADS) SPLIT PATTERN FABRIC MOLDING PRODUCTION LINE

Function: It is mainly used to mold foam bra cups, bra pads and other similar products such as shoulder pads, hip pads, bike pads and etc.

1. This eight head moving platform Molding production line is designed based on the concept of the GS1-A(six head) moving platform fabric molding production line, it has independent left and right longitudinal moving machanism. Each independent machanism is composed of four mold heads. When one of the platform is in molding position and starts molding, the other platform will automatically moves out after the molding operation is completed, allowing the operator immediately collects the finished cup and put in the cut-works, ready for the next molding operation. This reciprocating operation greatly improves the productivity of the machines(equivalent to each worker are operating for traditional fabric molding machines)the operator does not have to wolk back and forth , thus reduce labor intensity. The middle pressure frame is equipped with independent heating elements, so that the temperature of the frames can be adjusted independently to minimize the color difference around the cloth cup. The left and right bottom heating boxes have individual left and right temperature controls, so that the molding temperature of fabric cups have more accurate control when molding. The whole machine is equipped with 20 sets of temperature controllers.
