High speed permanent magnet brushless motor:
It is composed of stator core, magnetic steel rotor, sun wheel, decelerating clutch and hub shell.
Hall sensor can be installed on the motor cover to measure speed.
There are three types of position sensors: magnetic, photoelectric and electromagnetic.
Brushless DC motor with magnetically sensitive position sensor, the magnetically sensitive sensor (such as hall element, magnetically sensitive diode, magnetically sensitive electrode, magneto resistor or ASIC, etc.) is installed on the stator assembly, used to detect the permanent magnet, rotor rotation of the magnetic field changes. Electric cars mostly use Hall components.
The brushless DC motor with photoelectric position sensor is equipped with photoelectric sensor on the stator assembly according to a certain position, the rotor is equipped with a light screen, the light source is a light emitting diode or a small bulb. When the rotor is rotating, the photosensitive components on the stator will generate pulse signals intermittently at a certain frequency due to the action of the light screen.
The brushless DC motor with electromagnetic position sensor is equipped with electromagnetic sensor components (such as coupling transformer, proximity switch, LC resonance circuit, etc.) on the stator assembly. When the rotor position of permanent magnet changes, electromagnetic effect will make the electromagnetic sensor generate high-frequency modulated signals (the amplitude of which changes with the rotor position).

Q: Do you have a separate motor design service?
A: Yes, we would like to design the motor separately for the customer, but there may be some die development costs and design costs.
Q: What is your delivery time?
A: Generally speaking, it takes 15-30 days for our regular standard products and longer for our custom products. But we are very flexible about the delivery time, which will depend on the specific order.
