Control of reducer oil leakage countermeasures:
1. Improve the breathable cap and check hole cover plate: the internal pressure of the reducer is greater than the external atmospheric pressure is one of the main reasons for oil leakage. If we try to make the internal and external pressure balanced, oil leakage can be prevented. Although the reducer has a breathable cap, the air vent is too small, which is easy to be blocked by pulverized coal and oil. Moreover, every time you refuel, you should open the cover plate of the inspection hole, which will increase the possibility of oil leakage once opened, so that the originally non-leaking place will also leak. For this reason, an oil cup type breathable cap was made, and the original thin cover of the inspection hole was changed into 6 mm thick, and the oil cup type breathable cap was welded to the cover plate. The diameter of the air vent was 6 mm, which was convenient for ventilation and realized the uniform pressure. In addition, when refueling, the oil was refueled from the oil cup, without opening the cover of the inspection hole, which reduced the chance of oil leakage.
2. Free flow: To make the excess lubricating oil thrown on the bearing by the gear not accumulate at the shaft seal, the excess lubricating oil must flow back to the oil pool in a certain direction, that is, to achieve free flow. The specific method is to open an oil return groove tilted to the machine in the center of the bearing seat, and also open a gap at the straight mouth of the end cover. The gap is opposite to the oil return groove, so that the excess lubricating oil flows back to the oil pool through the gap and the oil return groove.
