1. Are you a manufacturer? Do you provide after-sales service? How can I ask? What about the warranty?
Yes, we are a manufacturer of environmental test chambers, industrial ovens, universal tensile test chambers, UV aging test chambers, industrial
muffles, paper packaging testers, plastic rubber testers, adhesive testers and other test equipment. Every machine purchased from our factory is
guaranteed for 12 months after shipment. We generally offer 12 months of free maintenance. Considering the shipping, we can extend the
customer for 2 months. Also, if your machine does not work, you can send us an email or call us and we will do our best through our
conversation or video chat if necessary. Once we have identified the problem, we will provide a solution within 24-48 hours.
2. What are the delivery terms?
For our standard machines, which are ordinary machines, we keep them in stock in the warehouse. If there is no inventory, the general delivery
time is 14-18 working days after receiving the deposit (this is only for our standard machines) if you are in urgent need, we will make special
arrangements for you.
3. Do you accept customized services? Can my trademark be printed on the machine?
Yes, of course. We can not only provide standard machines, but also customized machines according to your requirements. We can also put your
logo on the machine.
4. How do I install and use the machine?
Once you order the test machine with us, we will send you an English version of the operation video by email.
Most of our machines are shipped as a whole, which means they are already installed and you just need to connect the power cord to start using
them. If necessary, we can also assist you to install the machine on site.
