Introduction:
GSKA-Series Vacuum oil&gas quenching furnace with double chamber structure. which can be used for oil quenching/hardening and gas quenching/hardening. Vacuum oil and gas quenching furnace is mainly used for cool work &hot work steel, high speed steel, tool steel material vacuum quenching, tempering and solution-ageing process. For example: H13 D2 M2 HSS Stainless steel Especially for large workpiece and some material hard to do gas quenching. Furnace with automatic intelligent control, easy to operate, and with high safety system.
The main process of oil quenching is to heat the workpiece in the vacuum chamber, move it to the vacuum cooling chamber, then fill it with high-purity nitrogen and immediately send it into the quenching oil tank. There is a stirrer in the oil tank, which can be quickly stirred and cooled. Through oil quenching, a workpiece with good microstructure and no surface oxidation and decarburization can be obtained. The oil quenching cooling speed is fast, the workpiece deformation is small, which is widely used in mold steel heat treatment.
