Operation method:
1. Install the inner parts of the salt spray test chamber: tower spray device, funnel, round rod, V-shaped sample stand, etc.
2. Connect the air source and turn on the power switch after the power supply is connected.
3. Add water to the pressure bucket and the box, stop adding water after the two low water level lights are off, and add water to the sealing groove to seal.
4, the pure water and sodium chloride salt in a ratio of 1:20. Pour the prepared solution into the test entrance (turn off the light of low saline).
5. After all the lights are off, we can turn on the operation, spray and timing switches. After the test, the defogging switch can be turned on.
6. According to the test requirements, the equipment can spray continuously and periodically (T1 and T2 tables are all set as 0 for continuous spray, T1 is set as working time and T2 is rest time for intermittent spray).
The equipment material:
The salt spray corrosion test box is generally made of PVC and PP.
As a neutral salt spray test (NSS test), salt spray test (SS test) when using PVC reinforced hard plastic plate.
PP board was used for acetate spray test (ASS test) and copper accelerated vinegar instinct test (CASS test).
PP board is more resistant to high temperature and strong corrosion than PVC board.
