Product overview
The detector can detect, display and print the axial force, torque and torque coefficient of large hexagon head high-strength bolt connection pair and torsional shear high-strength bolt connection pair M16, M20, M22, M24, M27, and M30. When the axial force reaches the value specified in the standard, the detector emits a buzzer and records the detection data. At the same time, the detector automatically calculates the torque coefficient according to the detected axial force and torque and automatically displays it. When a group of tests are completed, the detector automatically calculates the average axial force, average torque and average torque coefficient of N specimens.
It has the function of parameter setting, automatic calculation, calibration and verification. According to the detection requirements of high strength bolts, it also sets the monitoring of peak value keeping and the sensor overload protection prompt and other functions.
