Assembly of test rack
1. According to the drawings, the embedded iron block required for the installation and fixing of the test rack is embedded in the test site.
2. Weld the support frame in sequence on the embedded iron block.
3. Weld the support on the support frame and weld the support completely.
4. Install pedals and safety handrails, install pedals on the beam of the bracket and install the safety handrails on the top of the bracket, and leave a test opening.
5. After installing the pedal and safety handrail, fix the test frame for installing the safety net on the bracket.
6. For the installation of the suspension frame, install the suspension frame at the position of the test opening, as shown in Figure 7, and fix several suspension frames in turn to form the suspension frame meeting the test height, and assemble the complete test frame.
7. After assembling the test rack, install the safety net, complete with all the equipment required for the test in the required position for preparation before the test.
