dNTP Set Solution (dATP, dCTP, dTTP, dGTP, 100 mM each)
The NTP Set Solution contains four separate solutions (ATP, CTP, UTP, GTP). This product is prepared with ultrapure water, and adjusted to pH value of 7.0 with high-purity NaOH solution, with a concentration of 100 mmol/L (100 mmol/L). The purity of was ≥99% (HPLC), and there was no DNase and RNase pollution. This product is commonly used in PCR, qPCR, RT-PCR, RT-qPCR, cDNA synthesis, DNA sequencing and other conventional molecular biological reactions.
The product is ready to use and can be directly used in PCR and other conventional molecular biological reactions.
Shipping and Storage
The products are shipped with ice packs and can be stored at -20°C for 24 months. Please avoid repeated freeze-thaw.
Cautions
1.This product can be dissolved at room temperature and need to be placed on ice after completely dissolved. After use it should be stored at -20°C immediately.
2. For your safety and health, please wear lab coats and disposable gloves for operation.
