Muffle furnace, also known as box furnace, is simple to operate, easy to maintain and equipped with a controlled chimney. It is suitable for chemical analysis of coal, coking products and chemical raw materials. Can be used in electric power, coal, paper, petrochemical, cement, agriculture and animal husbandry, medical scientific research, teaching and other industries and departments.

Box furnace is a heating furnace with a box furnace. The product is fixed during the whole heating process of heating, insulation and cooling treatment, and the feed and discharge are carried out through a single door or trough. Also known as batch production furnace.

 

Structural design

 

The furnace is made of stainless steel plate, enclosed into a heating and hot air circulation chamber, the hot air flows in the furnace, greatly improving the temperature uniformity. Due to the stirring of hot air, the convection and soaking of the atmosphere in the furnace are strengthened.

The furnace and the rack are designed for separation. The furnace is placed on the bearing roller at the bottom of the rack and can slide freely before and after. When the furnace is heated, it can be extended freely along the length.

In order to prevent the hot gas leakage in the furnace, the furnace door from inside to outside a total of two layers of seal design. The inner layer is sealed with ceramic fiber rope structure, and the outer layer is sealed with silicone rubber sealing ring. In order to prolong its service life, stainless steel cooling water jacket is designed in the sealing place of furnace mouth for cooling and cooling. The door lock adopts multi-point hand wheel rotation locking mechanism, which can be uniformly locked around the door at the same time. In addition, the fixing device of the furnace door is installed on the end face of the furnace. The movable double hinge mechanism can move with the free extension of the furnace, and the sealing effect is better.

An exhaust chimney is designed at the top of the equipment, which is used to discharge a large amount of waste gas and smoke produced in the heating process. The discharge flow can be controlled by adjusting the handle of the damper.
