Main functions and characteristics of denture sintering furnace:
1. Controllable atmosphere treatment structure to ensure that the atmosphere protects the sintered material from oxidation.
2. Visual 7 inch touch screen, setting data and operation are graphic interface, easy to operate.
3. The denture sintering furnace is set with overtemperature alarm and power off, leakage protection, safe and reliable operation.
4. The furnace adopts cylindrical structure, the heating element is evenly distributed in circular shape, and the temperature field is good uniformity.
5. The gas path fast interface is reserved, which can be used with our company's air mixing system.
6. Reserved communication interface, which can be connected with computer through our software, and can realize remote control, real-time tracking, historical record, output report and other functions of single or multiple electric furnaces.
7. The furnace body is loaded with automatic lifting structure, which is conducive to the taking and placing of samples; O-ring seal is adopted between the tray and the kettle. KF clamp is adopted to connect the kettle after the tray is raised to the position, which can effectively ensure the air tightness in the furnace.
8. The furnace adopts double shell structure, and the air cooling technology is adopted between the double shell, which can effectively reduce the temperature of the outer shell.
