Product overview:
The instrument is suitable for tensile specimens, generally straightening fracture, determination of one or more mechanical properties defined in 1.3, Widely used in colleges and universities, scientific research institutes, import and export commodity inspection Bureau, quality inspection bureau, building materials quality inspection station and other units of the testing center of metal, non-metal, composite materials and products tensile, compression, bending, shearing, peeling, tearing and other physical and mechanical properties test.
Unless otherwise specified, the test is generally carried out in the range of 10℃ ~ 35℃ at room temperature. For the test with strict temperature requirements, the test temperature should be 23℃±5℃.
Test principle: The sample is clamped between the two collets of the fixture, and the two collets do relative motion. Through the force sensor located in the dynamic collet and the displacement sensor built in the machine, the change of force value and the change of displacement are collected during the test, so as to calculate the tensile, tearing, deformation rate and other performance indicators of the sample.
Main characteristics:
1, automatic protection: automatic overload, overcurrent, overvoltage, undervoltage, upper and lower limit protection.
2, automatic return: moving beam can be set at different speeds, can be accurate automatic return to the initial position of the test.
3. The data and curves are displayed dynamically with the test process. The curves of the same group of tests can be compared with multiple colors superimposed, and any section of the curve can be enlarged and analyzed.
