RAD Patrol Mobile Radiation Monitor Radiation Detection System
The RAD Patrol mobile radiation detection system can be installed on fixed-wing aircraft, helicopter platforms or vehicles. The standard system includes a Nal(T1) radiation detection module with an effective detection volume of 16 liters, a high dose rate Gamma module, a mission navigation system, a data acquisition system, a real-time calculation program, precision positioning equipment (GPS and altimeter), and optional detector modules including a neutron detector and a GM detector.
