Structure of hot and cold shock test chamber:
1, the test box structure: the test box adopts the whole combination structure, the test box is located in the upper part of the high temperature test box, the low temperature test box is located in the lower part, the refrigerating unit cabinet is located in the rear and the electrical control cabinet (system) is located on the left rear plate. This way the box occupies the air volume is small, the structure is compact, the appearance is beautiful, the refrigeration unit is placed in the independent unit box, in order to reduce the vibration and noise of the refrigeration unit operation on the test box, at the same time to facilitate the unit's device and maintenance, the electrical control panel is placed on the left side of the test box plate for easy operation.
2, the outer wall of the box material: ** carbon steel plate, the appearance of electrostatic color plastic spraying disposal.

7, high and low temperature impact test box sample frame: move up and down the stainless steel sample frame slide guide. The dual-acting cylinder is used to provide smooth and average power, and the sample frame is positioned and mounted by the indirect electrical sensor produced by FESTO Company in Germany.
8. Cable threading hole: a sliding cable threading pipe is arranged on the upper part of the sample frame and the top of the high temperature test box.
9. Bearing capacity of sample frame: ≥30Kg.
