When the test is above -20 degrees, only one compressor will be started to work with a smaller power heating tube for inching heating, which saves electricity and water; ( If single-stage refrigeration is used, the compressor will be equipped with high-power full-process refrigeration, and the refrigeration capacity is also large, and a higher-performance heating tube is required to balance, so it consumes electricity and water.The sink is made of special materials with low thermal conductivity and no water droplets on the surface (such as metal materials will form water droplets on the surface, which will easily wet the sample and affect the test results), and is equipped with a diversion device. If the sink appears When the internal pressure is too high or the water level is too high, it will flow into the humidification barrel through the diversion hole.The cascade dual-compression refrigeration system can easily meet the test requirements of low temperature -40 degrees and below. When the single-stage refrigeration reaches -38 degrees, it will be difficult to drop to -40 degrees. This is due to the characteristics of R404A refrigerant.
