Enclosure structure:
1, the liner is imported (SUS304) high quality stainless steel plate;
2, insulation material: hard polyurethane foam + glass fiber;
3, the use of non-reaction door handle, easier to operate;
4. The bottom of the machine adopts high quality PU movable wheel;
5, the outer bile are made of high quality (t=1.2mm) A3 steel plate CNC machine processing molding, the surface of the shell is sprayed with plastic treatment, more bright and clean, beautiful;
6, stirring system: the use of long shaft fan motor, high and low temperature resistant stainless steel multi-wing impeller, to achieve the strength of convection vertical diffusion circulation;
7, between the door and the box with a double layer of high temperature resistant high tensile sealing strip to ensure the test area airtight;
8. The observation window is made of multi-layer hollow toughened glass with conductive film glued inside (the test process can be clearly observed);
9, optional test hole: installed on the left side of the machine diameter of 50mm, used for external test power line or signal line use. (Aperture and number of holes need to be separately stated before ordering).
How a Humidity Chamber Works:
The main components of a humidity chamber are mechanisms that introduce moisture and heat. Temperature adaptability test under the condition of rapid change, or gradient for electrical, electronic, instruments and other products or spareparts, particularly applies to environmental stress screening test(ESS)
