The GSA series is a basic manual video measurement system that has been widely used in precision measurement in industries such as machinery, electronics, aerospace, automotive, military, and mold.
1. It can measure points, lines, circles, arcs, ellipses, and rectangles, and has multi-point positioning function to improve accuracy.
2. In terms of metrology, this machine can test size, width, length, height, thickness, diameter, angle, straightness, flatness, perpendicularity, roundness, coaxiality, etc.
3. Measurement combination, center structure and intersection structure, midpoint structure, straight line structure, circle structure and viewpoint structure.
Features
1. It adopts TEO™ 1 / 3'' color CCD camera, the cross-line generator is the measuring aiming system.
2. Digital measurement and data processing system are made up by the two coordinate's studio, the optical grating and the professional video card.
3. It has RS-232 interface with a computer and specialized measurement software which can also processes and output circular mapping. Measurement data can be directly transformed into AutoCAD file and make a full work circle. The data also can be exported in Excel, Word to generate reports for statistical analysis.
