The principle of:
Manual image measuring instrument is to use a zoom objective lens to magnify the measured object, through the CCD industrial camera device to input the image into the computer, the amplified image of the measured object is transmitted to the measurement software, for non-contact, efficient detection of various complex workpiece geometry measurement.
Product Features:
Compared with the automatic image measuring instrument, the three axes of the automatic image measuring instrument are driven by motors, which can realize automatic measurement. Manual image measuring instrument three axis by the operator manual control measurement. The disadvantage is the measurement speed is slow, repeated measurement accuracy is poor; Advantages are low cost, operation without programming, more convenient to test a single product. With the development of automatic control technology, manual image measuring instrument has been replaced by automatic image measuring instrument.
